Can I get picked up from a private apartment?
Yes. Share the building name and area. The driver will wait at the main entrance. If there's a security gate, let them know in advance so access is smooth.
How the pickup process works

Share your location
Give your hotel name or apartment address when booking via WhatsApp or form.

Receive confirmation
Day before your safari, you get a WhatsApp message with pickup time and driver details.

Meet in the lobby
Driver arrives at your hotel lobby. No need to wait outside — they'll message when they're there.

Return drop-off
After the safari, same driver takes you back to your hotel. Usually back by 9:30–10 PM.

Dubai Marina & JBR
Marina and JBR are the most common pickup areas for desert safari tourists. The drive to Lahbab is about 50 minutes via Sheikh Zayed Road. Most hotels have clear lobby pickup points. If you're in a residential tower, share your building name and the driver will meet you at the main entrance.

Downtown Dubai & Business Bay
Downtown and Business Bay have the shortest travel time to the desert because they're closer to the highway exit toward Lahbab. Pickup from hotels near Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Business Bay canal is straightforward. This area also has the easiest return — you're usually back by 9:15–9:30 PM.

Palm Jumeirah
Palm pickup takes longer because of the Palm's single-road layout and distance from the main highway. Pickup starts 15–30 minutes earlier than Downtown guests. If you're at Atlantis (the far end of the Palm), expect the longest pickup window. Private Car is the best option here because your timing is flexible — you're not waiting for other pickups.

Deira & Bur Dubai
Deira and Bur Dubai are the older parts of the city with many 3-star and budget hotels. The drive to the desert is slightly longer because of city traffic through central Dubai. These areas tend to have more budget-conscious travelers, but VIP pickup is still fully available. All packages include shared car pickup from home/hotel, so Deira guests are fully covered.

Al Barsha & Jumeirah
Al Barsha (near Mall of the Emirates) and the Jumeirah beach road area are well-positioned — not too far from the desert, and with easy highway access. Mid-range hotels and apartment hotels are common here. Standard VIP pickup works well from this zone.
Other areas
We can pick up from any area in Dubai, including newer residential zones like Dubai Hills, JVC, Sports City, and Silicon Oasis. Some of these are actually closer to the desert than the Marina. Just share your building name and location when booking and we'll confirm whether pickup is straightforward or if a nearby shared pickup is more practical.

Can multiple hotels share one pickup?
For VIP (shared vehicle), yes — the driver may collect 2–3 groups from nearby hotels. For Private Car, it's just you. If you're at a group that's at different hotels, Private Car is usually better.
What if I'm running late for pickup?
Message the driver on WhatsApp. Shared pickups have a tighter window (5–10 min flexibility). Private Car pickups are more flexible since the driver is only waiting for you.
