Booked on WhatsApp around noon, confirmed within minutes. Driver picked us up from our hotel in Dubai Marina at exactly the time they said. The whole process was smoother than expected — no advance payment, no hassle. We paid the driver directly.

I was worried about booking through WhatsApp but it was actually the fastest way. They confirmed within 5 minutes. Driver messaged me the night before with his name and car details. Pickup from Address Downtown was on time. Very organized.

We had two kids (4 and 7). Booked private car and asked to skip dune bashing for the younger one. Driver took us on a gentle route straight to camp. Kids loved the camel ride and running on the sand. Child seat was provided as we requested.

Our daughter (9) said dune bashing was the best part of the whole Dubai trip. She wasn't scared at all. At camp she tried henna and ate enough shawarma for three people. Good family activity — better than we expected from the price.

The sunset stop on the red dunes was unreal. We got photos that look professional just from a phone. VIP seating at camp was nice — closer to the stage, more comfortable cushions. Perfect evening activity for a couple.

We wanted something private, not a big group thing. Private car was exactly that — our own driver, our own timing. He even stopped at extra spots for photos. Felt like a private tour, not a mass tourism thing. Worth the extra cost.

The quad biking was amazing — 20 minutes in open desert, totally free. They give you a helmet and quick instruction. Then after that, dune bashing in the car, sunset, camp, dinner. The combo is the best value if you want adventure.

Four of us did the quad bike combo. We all got our own quads and rode together through the desert. Then the evening safari was great — dinner was actually good and the fire show was impressive. Highlight of our Dubai trip.

I mentioned vegetarian when booking and there were proper vegetarian options at the buffet — paneer, dal, salads, rice, bread. Not just an afterthought. Staff at camp were helpful when I asked about ingredients.

We're in our 70s and were unsure if safari was for us. They arranged a direct-to-camp ride with no dune bashing. Camp was flat and comfortable. We enjoyed the dinner and shows from our seats. Glad we went — it was a lovely evening.
